What started as the JC Education Leadership Center has grown into a global leadership platform dedicated to developing professionals who communicate with confidence, connect across cultures, and lead with integrity.
Global Presenter is not simply about speaking in front of an audience. It is about developing leaders who understand people, build trust, inspire collaboration, and create meaningful influence in business, education, government, tourism, and public diplomacy.

Jinee Cho
For more than three decades, Jinee Cho has dedicated her career to advancing global leadership through communication, education, and public diplomacy.
As the creator of the world’s first Global Presenter framework, she has developed innovative leadership programs that connect people, cultures, and nations through strategic communication and cross-cultural understanding.
Created the world’s first Global Presenter concept in 2005 and established an innovative leadership and communication framework.
Delivered the national lecture “Global Korea, Global Korean” on KTV during the 2010 G20 Seoul era, introducing the Global Presenter concept as a new vision for Korea’s national brand and global communication.
Delivered an investment presentation on The New Korean Wave (New Hallyu) and facilitated international business negotiations between Korean and Middle Eastern partners.
Founded KPDAA to advance public diplomacy through global leadership, cultural exchange, and education. Recipient of the Korea Tourism Organization President’s Award (2025).
Served as an Honorary Ambassador and Master of Ceremonies during Expo 2012 Yeosu Korea. Since then, has continued serving as an ambassador and promoting Korean culture, tourism, and public diplomacy across Korea.
Developed and delivered Global Presenter leadership programs for government officials and coached diplomats for international conferences, diplomatic speeches, and media interviews.
